Passing the Securities Practitioner Qualification Examination does not mean that you can directly pass the Fund Salesperson Practitioner Examination.

If you pass the "Basic Laws and Regulations of the Securities Market" and "Basic Knowledge of the Financial Market" in the Securities Practitioner Examination, you will obtain both the securities and fund practitioner qualifications.

However, you need to register with the Securities Industry Association to get the certificate.

1. Securities Practitioner Qualification Examination Subjects: There are two entry-level qualification examination subjects, named "Basic Laws and Regulations of the Securities Market" and "Basic Knowledge of the Financial Market".

Each professional qualification examination has one corresponding examination subject.

The examination subjects of the Sponsor Representative Competency Examination, the Securities Analyst Competency Examination and the Securities Investment Consultant Competency Examination respectively correspond to "Investment Banking Business", "Securities Research Report Publishing Business" and "Securities Investment Consulting Business".

There is one examination subject for each management qualification test, namely "Qualification Test for Senior Managers of Securities Companies", "Qualification Test for Senior Managers of Securities Rating Business" and "Competency Test for Compliance Managers of Securities Companies".

2. Question type and amount of questions: The two subjects of the entry qualification examination have an examination time of 120 minutes, the examination question type is multiple choice, and the examination question amount is 100 questions.

For each professional qualification examination subject, the examination time is 180 minutes, the examination questions are all multiple choice questions, and the examination question amount is 120 questions.

3. Qualification standards: The entry-level qualification examination focuses on testing the necessary basic professional knowledge and basic laws and regulations, focusing on what you should know. Those who pass the entry-level qualification examination should basically have securities business qualities and securities business ethics.

The professional qualification examination highlights the necessary business processes, business standards and business skills, focusing on the professional skills. Those who pass the professional qualification examination should be basically competent in business work.

The management qualification test focuses on statutory management processes and management standards, focusing on compliance. Those who pass the management qualification test should master the main regulatory regulations and requirements.
