Longyou Flower Sea is open for free. Longyou Huahai Project is one of the achievements of cooperation between Hangzhou and Qushan, which was jointly built by Xiaoshan and Longyou. Sun, chairman of Fu Miao Group of Longyou Huahai Group, is from Xiaoshan, Hangzhou. Engaged in the flower and seedling industry for 20 years, and registered flower companies in Guizhou and Sichuan. In response to the call of mountain-sea cooperation project and Zhejiang businessmen's return, Sun built Longyou Flower Sea in Longyou County.

Longyou County belongs to Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, located in the west of Zhejiang Province and the middle of Jinqu Basin. Jiande in the north, Jinhua City and Lanxi in the east, Suichang in the south and Qujiang District in the west. The total area of the county is 1 143 square kilometers, and it governs 6 towns, 7 townships and 2 streets. It is one of the earliest 13 counties in the history of Zhejiang Province, an important transportation hub connecting Jiangxi, Anhui and Fujian provinces in the eastern and central parts of Zhejiang Province, and a traditional agricultural county.
