Professional construction:

As of September, 2022, the school has 55 undergraduate majors and 40 enrollment majors, covering 8 disciplines and 24 majors, including pedagogy, literature, science, history, law, art, engineering and management, among which Anshan Normal University's undergraduate teaching quality report for the academic year 20265438-2022 12. The school has six provincial-level first-class undergraduate education demonstration majors, four provincial-level transformation and development pilot majors, and two provincial-level transformation and application demonstration majors. In 2022, two school-level modern industrial colleges will be cultivated.

Scientific research projects:

Since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", the Institute of Scientific Research Achievements of Anshan Normal University has undertaken 149 scientific research projects at or above the provincial level, including 12 national projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation and the National Art Foundation.

More than 234 papers have been published in core journals, among which historical breakthroughs have been made since the establishment of the school, such as the general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Art Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation, the first prize of the provincial government in philosophy and social sciences, the publication of theoretical articles in "three newspapers and one journal", and the funds for horizontal scientific research projects exceeding one million.
