202 1 Annual Fund Qualification Examination Announcement (No.3)

In order to meet the needs of the industry, according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the national unified examination of fund qualification examination originally scheduled for September 25th in 45 cities across the country will be postponed to 65438+1October 30th. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) At least 18 years old as of the date of registration;

(3) Having a high school education or above;

(4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Second, the examination subjects

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

The examination time for a single subject is 120 minutes, and candidates can choose reference subjects according to their needs.

Third, the examination syllabus and teaching materials

Subject 1 is organized in accordance with the Outline of Examination on Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Norms (Revised), Subject 2 is organized in accordance with the Outline of Examination on Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds (Revised), and Subject 3 is organized in accordance with the Outline of Examination on Equity Investment Funds (including Venture Capital Funds) (Revised). The textbook used in the examination of Subject 1 and Subject 2 is the Securities Investment Fund (Second Edition) compiled by the Association, which is divided into two volumes and published by Higher Education Press. The textbook used in the subject 3 exam is Equity Investment Fund compiled by the Association and published by China Financial Publishing House.

Fourth, the examination method

Candidates who do not choose to withdraw from the exam within the specified time shall not ask for a refund of the registration fee on the grounds that they did not take the exam.

Eight, epidemic prevention measures

Implement the national epidemic prevention and control policy and follow the principle of "territorial management" to ensure the safety and compliance of the examination room;

(1) Before entering the examination room, candidates must take a temperature measurement and provide a health code recognized by the local government. Only when the body temperature is below 37.3℃ and the health code is normal can you take the exam.

(2) According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, some test areas will require negative reports of nucleic acid detection, and the follow-up association will announce relevant epidemic prevention requirements when the admission ticket is issued. Candidates are requested to pay close attention to the exam information published on the registration website to keep their mobile phones open.

(3) In addition to taking photos on the spot, candidates are required to wear masks throughout the examination.

(4) Each test center and examination room shall take necessary disinfection and ventilation measures, prepare epidemic prevention materials, and ensure that the examination organization is safe, stable and orderly.

Nine, examination disciplinary treatment

According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fund Qualification Examination (Trial), if a candidate does not meet the registration requirements and takes the exam by fraud, China Asset Management Association will not accept his application for qualification examination within one year; Those who have already taken the exam will be disqualified.

Candidates who violate disciplines and regulations will be punished by China Asset Management Association, depending on the seriousness of the case, by canceling the results of the on-site examination, banning the examination for one year, two years and three to five years, and informing the unit where the candidates work. Fund practitioners who violate the rules shall be suspended or disqualified according to the Securities Investment Fund Law and other relevant provisions. Violation of discipline and discipline in violation of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law" shall be handled by the public security organs; If the case constitutes a crime, it shall be dealt with by judicial organs according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law and investigated for criminal responsibility.

X. Examination results inquiry

7 working days after the end of the exam, you can check the exam results through the exam results query portal provided by the "Employees" column on the website of China Asset Management Association. Those who pass the exam can download the exam result certificate.
