Individual investors can apply for cancellation of purchase, subscription, redemption, fund conversion, re-custody and other transactions.
The cancellation of the transaction must be carried out within the effective time specified on the same day; When canceling the bill, investors must provide the business receipt of the original transaction. Cancellation of pending orders must be cancelled before the end of trading hours on the effective date of entrustment. For example, redemption, pending orders are cancelled before the day when pending orders (T day) are converted into entrusted transactions (T+ 1 day) 15, and cannot be cancelled afterwards.
When handling the account cancellation business, investors should carry valid identity documents, fill in the Application Form for Selling Asset Management Products on a Consignment basis, and submit the business receipt of the original transaction (recovered by China Bank), China Bank debit card and other related materials.
Investors must completely (completely) withdraw their orders, and partial withdrawal is not allowed.
After the subscription is cancelled successfully, the original entrusted amount will be returned to the investor's fund account at that time; After successful redemption, fund conversion and custody transfer, the frozen fund shares will be automatically unfrozen and restored to the corresponding fund account.
Withdrawal transactions support cross-provincial and inter-bank outlets and cross-channel transactions.
