If the company has paid unemployment insurance for employees for more than one year, employees who have registered for unemployment in the local human resources and social security bureau can enjoy unemployment insurance benefits, and unemployment benefits will be paid by the human resources and social security bureau. If the unit fails to pay the unemployment insurance premium for its employees for more than one year, it may require the unit to pay twice the unemployment compensation.

Persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance:

1, participate in unemployment insurance according to regulations, and the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligation according to regulations for 1 year. This is the most important condition. Participating in unemployment insurance according to regulations means that unemployed people used to work in urban enterprises and institutions, but they are not new laborers, such as fresh graduates. To participate in unemployment insurance, you must fulfill the obligation of payment according to the regulations, that is, pay unemployment insurance premium according to the specified payment base, rate and payment time;

2. Do not terminate the employment relationship according to my wishes. Generally speaking, there are two reasons for interrupting employment: involuntary interruption of employment, that is, unemployed people are unwilling to interrupt employment, but are forced to interrupt employment for reasons beyond their control. Voluntary termination of employment, that is, unemployed people lose their jobs because of voluntary resignation. Persons who voluntarily leave their jobs and are unemployed cannot enjoy unemployment insurance benefits;

3, has been registered for unemployment, and there are job requirements. Handling unemployment registration is a necessary procedure for unemployed people to receive unemployment insurance benefits. The purpose is to grasp the basic situation of the unemployed and confirm their qualifications. Unemployment registration is an important symbol for unemployed people to enter the procedure of applying for unemployment insurance benefits.

Article 5 of the unemployment insurance regulations

The unemployment insurance fund consists of the following items:

(1) Unemployment insurance premiums paid by urban enterprises and institutions and their employees;

(2) Interest of the unemployment insurance fund;

(3) financial subsidies;

(four) other funds incorporated into the unemployment insurance fund according to law.

Sixth urban enterprises and institutions shall pay unemployment insurance premiums at 2% of the total wages. Employees of urban enterprises and institutions pay unemployment insurance premiums according to one percent of their wages. Farmers contract workers recruited by urban enterprises and institutions do not pay unemployment insurance premiums.

Enterprises and institutions in cities and towns shall issue certificates of termination or dissolution of labor relations for the unemployed in time, inform them to enjoy the rights of unemployment insurance benefits in accordance with the regulations, and report the list of unemployed persons to social insurance agencies for the record within 7 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations.

After the employees of urban enterprises and institutions are unemployed, they should hold the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by the unit and go to the designated social insurance agency for unemployment registration in time. Unemployment insurance is calculated from the date of unemployment registration.

Unemployment insurance is paid monthly by social insurance institutions. Social insurance agencies issue receipts for the unemployed to receive unemployment insurance benefits, and the unemployed will receive unemployment insurance benefits from designated banks with the receipts.
