The gold content is very high, and the national excellent youth is mainly aimed at domestic talents, while the overseas excellent youth is mainly introduced by foreign famous schools, and there is little overlap between them. For example, the number of top-notch young people, young leaders, young Yangtze River and other talents in China is too small every year, and at the same time, due to the short evaluation time, there is great duplication between excellent young people and young people.

This project, called "Overseas Excellent Youth", was established by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in 221, hoping to attract and encourage outstanding overseas young scholars who have made good achievements in natural science and engineering technology to return to China or foreign talents to work in China.
