Therefore, some time ago, the country added temporary comprehensive agricultural subsidies twice in a row. This not only reflects the timely and efficient policy level, but also once again reflects the country's collection of related benefits for farmers.

So now that we are entering August, agricultural producer subsidies, which are the most popular items for farmers in major grain-producing areas, will also be gradually issued.

Now the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has clearly stated that the subsidy check-in must be fully completed before August 31.

Now many areas in Heilongjiang have basically completed the announcement of grain subsidy areas. Some areas will complete the clocking in of corn and soybean producer subsidies, subsidies for fallow wheels, subsidies for improved soybeans and other related special grain subsidy funds before August 10.

According to relevant news, farmers who plant soybeans this year may receive a subsidy of up to 448 yuan per mu. The specific subsidies are divided into the following categories: Item 1: The subsidy for soybean producers in Heilongjiang will be more than the subsidy for corn producers, which is more per mu.

The subsidy for corn production in Heilongjiang last year was 68 yuan per mu, so this year the subsidy for soybean production in Heilongjiang is expected to reach more than 268 yuan per mu.

Item 2: Subsidies for improved soybean varieties.

This year, the Harbin area of ??Heilongjiang officially implemented a subsidy policy for improved soybeans. Anyone who grows soybeans can apply, and the subsidy standard is 30 yuan per mu.

Item 3: Soybean rotation subsidy.

This year, Heilongjiang has selected 15 million acres of land to pilot a one-year soybean rotation subsidy with a subsidy standard of 150 yuan per mu.

Therefore, based on the above subsidies, Heilongjiang will receive at least a subsidy of 448 yuan per mu for soybean planting this year.

This subsidy fund does not include two consecutive additional temporary comprehensive agricultural subsidies and farmland fertility protection subsidies.
