With reference to the British International Youth Entrepreneurship Plan (a model to help young entrepreneurs), the project mobilizes all sectors of society, especially the business sector, to provide young entrepreneurs with support in consultation, capital, technology and network, and to help young people start their own businesses. YBC establishes a special fund for youth entrepreneurship by accepting social donations and subsidies, and provides qualified young entrepreneurs with public welfare services such as interest-free start-up funds and counseling.
The YBC rescue object shall meet the following conditions:
1, aged between 18-35;
2. Unemployment, underemployment or unemployment;
3. Have a good business philosophy and entrepreneurial passion;
4. Start-up funds cannot be raised.

2. Send your personal business plan to bjqnrc@yahoo.com.cn, the mailbox of Beijing Young Talents, through the Internet and submit it to Beijing Office of Youth Business China.
3. Through the YBC Beijing Office, the youth entrepreneurship project was preliminarily examined (preliminary screening).
4. Entrepreneurial young individuals submit relevant materials.
5. Through the analysis of youth's business plan, business ability and business prospect by the Beijing Office Project Review Committee, joint review, interview and field trip (second screening).
6. Evaluation and approval by the National Project Evaluation Committee.
7. After the project is approved, the entrepreneurial youth will sign relevant agreements.
