1. CITIC Bank credit card cash withdrawal fees and interest 1. Cash withdrawal fees (1) Southern Fund Card: charged at 1% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of 9 yuan or 1 US dollar; (2) Blue Card: every day when withdrawing cash at CITIC Bank

There is no handling fee for the monthly cumulative bill amount of RMB 500,000 (inclusive), and a handling fee of 3% will be charged for the amount exceeding RMB 500,000. The handling fee will be waived for the first two transactions of each bill month when withdrawing cash from other banks, and the handling fee will be charged for the amount exceeding RMB 2 per transaction.

(3) Others: 2% of the cash withdrawal amount is charged domestically, with a minimum charge of 20 yuan; 3% of the cash withdrawal amount is charged overseas, with a minimum charge of 3 US dollars or 30 Hong Kong dollars or 3 euros.

2. Interest on overdrafts within the credit limit: Interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000 from the bank's accounting date until the repayment date, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis.

3. Handling fee for overpayment withdrawal: 3‰ of the amount withdrawn, with a minimum charge of RMB 5 per transaction.
