The fund qualification examination includes three subjects.

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms (pay more attention to memory)

1. Fund laws and regulations: Fund Law issued by the State Council, Measures for the Management of Fund Operation, Guiding Opinions and Principles issued by Securities Industry Association, and relevant rules on fund trading issued by Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.

2. Professional ethics: the professional ethics that fund employees should have.

3. Business norms: fund sales, trading, operation, dividends, risk control, etc.

Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds (pay more attention to understanding)

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

It's a new subject, because the association requires private placement to also take the examination of fund practice. Therefore, in order to reduce the resistance, private placement courses were added and the exams were handed over to friends with private placement experience.
