I hope this afternoon will be useful to my classmates. I just finished the interview in the morning, and I was divided into four groups according to different majors. I majored in finance. First of all, let me introduce myself, including why I chose insurance industry and PICC. Secondly, what do you think is your greatest achievement in the past? Then there are professional issues. My questions include several ways of securities financing, the difference between closed-end funds and open-end funds, and what is PPP, all in Chinese, but not in English. There are about 8- 10 leaders and one person (I didn't count all the people in a circle:). When I left, I suddenly asked how tall I was. Hehe, I don't know what that means. Although many interviewers are very kind and won't embarrass you, I don't know why I was so nervous during the interview because of diarrhea in the morning that I stuttered in my self-introduction. Although I answered several professional questions, I didn't fully express them. I don't know where I go when I usually brag and don't blush. I was still thinking about professional issues when I left the company gate, so I should be able to speak better. As a result, I didn't see the glass door of the company clearly, so I walked forward and bumped into it. Fortunately, the door is strong and not damaged, but the mouth is broken. Fortunately, my glasses are of good quality.
