It is reported that the latest batch of enterprises related to the pilot reform of central enterprises approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on August 17 have entered the final stage of tackling key problems. Up to now, the number of enterprises included in the latest batch of pilot consideration by the National Development and Reform Commission is 8, and the number of enterprises that can finally get the NDRC "passport" is ≤8 (including 8).
The head of the Policy Research Office of the National Development and Reform Commission said that at present, the National Development and Reform Commission has selected the third batch of pilot enterprises, which are currently being submitted for approval according to procedures. In the third batch of mixed reform pilots, in addition to continuing to select some central enterprises to be included in the pilot scope, some local state-owned enterprises were also selected to be included in the pilot according to local applications.
Experts said that since China Unicom's main assets are already in listed companies, this mixed reform can be understood as deepening the reform of state-owned listed companies on the one hand and the mixed reform of the group as a whole on the other. Up to now, related enterprises at different levels of central enterprises have participated in mixed reform in different degrees and forms.
According to industry insiders, with the advancement of reform, the latest batch of mixed reform pilots basically adopt ways such as incremental shareholding and introduction of strategic investors. At least so far, the disclosed pricing is relatively higher than the net assets.
