Legal Analysis: The producers of electrical and electronic products in People's Republic of China (PRC), as the obligors of fund payment, shall pay the fund in accordance with these regulations. The scope and standards of fund collection shall be implemented with reference to the scope and standards of domestic fund collection of electrical and electronic products. If the scope and standard of fund collection are adjusted, it shall be implemented according to the adjusted scope and standard.
