Houbai Town Wangzhuang Project Area is located on the east side of National Highway 14 and at the western foot of Maoshan Mountain, a national 4A scenic spot. The total area of the project area is 15,99.7 mu, involving 1,24 farmers with a population of 3,554. There are 1,28 mu of rural construction land (including 1,16.3 mu of rural residential areas and 47.7 mu of industrial and mining land), and 477.2 mu of arable land can be added. Four regional plates featuring flowers and trees lawn, seasonal fruits, animal husbandry and high-quality rice and wheat planting have been formed around the project area, attracting agricultural investment companies such as Shanghai Hongda and Shanghai Rongsheng to settle down, and 5,5 mu of land has been transferred in advance. The prospect of land circulation is good, and the foundation of agricultural industrialization is good, which is conducive to the development of large-scale agriculture and facility agriculture, and the channels for farmers' re-employment are relatively wide. It conforms to the overall land use planning, urban development planning, rural construction planning, agricultural development planning and tourism development planning, and is the key area of rural tourism in jurong city. Through the survey of farmers' willingness to enter the household, the overall approval rate of the project implementation is over 75%, and the project implementation is very feasible. At present, we are paying close attention to the preparation and declaration of the planning scheme. The planning of resettlement area has entered the design stage.
