The practice of hospital administrative leaders violates the provisions of the Trade Union Law, and the practice of its trade union chairman is also problematic. Obviously, the unit leaders have no right to check the accounts, but they agree to check them, which infringes the interests of trade union members.

It is suggested to communicate with the hospital and the chairman of the trade union. If it fails, a lawsuit will be filed in the name of the trade union, and the hospital will be required to bear the responsibility.
