The batteries carried by new energy vehicles are divided into ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries. Both ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries are composed of material costs and production costs in the cost composition of power batteries. At present, the kilowatt-hour costs of Sanyuan 523 and lithium iron phosphate batteries in the market are 486.96 yuan and 374.44 yuan/kwh respectively. Considering the module, package and battery system, the total kWh cost of Sanyuan 523 and lithium iron phosphate battery is 724.9 1 and 6 12.40 yuan/kWh respectively.
Together with the replacement time, the final cost of replacing the two batteries is about 1 100 in 850 yuan. Taking 40kwh battery as an example, the replacement cost of ternary 523 lithium battery and lithium iron phosphate battery is about 44,000 yuan and 34,000 yuan respectively, which means that the higher the battery capacity density, the higher the replacement cost and expense.
