The National Arts Foundation does not need to apply in its own province. The project subject shall ensure that the declared project does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party in the process of declaration and subsequent implementation. If there is any infringement, the project subject shall bear all responsibilities according to law. For projects jointly completed by multiple institutions or units, the project subject shall promptly inform all partners of the information obtained from the project funding, be responsible for coordination with all partners in the implementation process, and accept audit and supervision as the responsible party.
