When divorcing, how to divide the purchased funds and stocks?
Legal analysis: Because the value of securities such as stocks, bonds and investment fund shares is difficult to determine, and the specific property rights of these securities are in a state of constant uncertainty, it is difficult to divide them. If it is a dispute about the shares of listed companies, because such shares can be freely transferred, they can be directly divided when divorced. If the disputed stock has not yet been listed, the court will try to let you settle it through consultation during the trial; If negotiation fails or it is difficult to allocate according to the market price, the people's court may allocate it in proportion to the quantity. After the judgment takes effect, the specific operation is up to you. In addition, the people's court shall not divide the shares or shares restricted by laws and regulations, but may inform the parties to bring a lawsuit to the people's court for division after meeting the conditions for transfer.
