In order to ensure the benefits of studying abroad, applicants need to get free tuition fees or subsidies from abroad, and individuals are not allowed to pay their own tuition fees.

The time limit for applying for a doctoral degree is generally 36-48 months, and the time limit for applying for joint training is generally 6-24 months;

Graduate students with a two-and-a-half-year academic system (June 5438+graduation in 2020 10) do not need to postpone graduation, but they can apply for projects in 2020;
