This is another document on the construction of scientific research integrity in recent ten years, following the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Scientific Research Integrity jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Health, the General Armament Department of the People's Liberation Army, the China Academy of Sciences, the China Academy of Engineering, the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the China Association for Science and Technology on August 26, 2009. This is the first time that the issue of scientific research integrity has risen to the national level and was released by the two offices.

The Editorial Board of International Medical Journals believes that the contracted authors should meet the following three conditions:

1, which has made substantial contributions in concept and design, or data collection, or data analysis and interpretation;

2. Drafting articles or modifying important knowledge;

3. Recognition of the final version of the article.

How to be ineligible to sign:

1, which only provides funds for research or serves as the leader of a group or unit, and cannot be qualified to sign separately;

2. It only provides experimental space and instruments, and it is not competent for signing;

3. Providing routine technical support, services or materials for the project, or editing the manuscript for free, does not meet the conditions for signature.
