China Veterans Welfare Fund Committee is a national institution approved by the State Council. It is under the dual leadership of the the State Council Military Demobilized Cadres Resettlement Working Group (Guo Zhuan Zi [1995] No.4) and the General Political Department of the China People's Liberation Army. With the approval of the Central Organization Establishment Committee Office (Zhong Bian Ban Zi [1996] 12), it has approved 40 career establishment personnel.
The main tasks of China Retired Soldiers Entrepreneurship and Employment Guidance Center are: to carry out the re-employment skills training of retired soldiers and the guidance and coordination of entrepreneurship and employment; Establish an entrepreneurial base for demobilized soldiers; Cultivate a demonstration base for the employment of retired soldiers; Developing China retired soldiers' entrepreneurship and employment member enterprises; Carry out special research on entrepreneurship and employment of retired soldiers; Organize various activities related to demobilized soldiers; Raise funds to establish entities; To undertake the tasks assigned by the Welfare Fund Committee for Retired Soldiers in China.
