1977 joined the work,1978 was admitted to the department of agronomy of Gansu Agricultural University in March, 1982 graduated with a bachelor's degree and stayed as a teacher; /kloc-0 obtained the master's degree in crop genetics and breeding in September, 1986, and/kloc-0 obtained the master's degree in agriculture from South China Agricultural University in June, 1989. /kloc-0 received his doctorate in crop genetics and breeding in September, 1998, and his doctorate in agriculture in South China University of Tropical Agriculture/State Key Laboratory of Tropical Crop Biotechnology in 2000/kloc-0. From 200/KLOC-0 to 2005, I worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Postdoctoral Research Center of Gansu Yasheng Group, Northwest Plateau Institute of Biology, China Academy of Sciences. 1989 liters lecturer, 1994 liters associate professor, 2000 liters professor. In recent five years, he mainly engaged in the application research of biotechnology in crop genetics and breeding. He has presided over or participated in the National Natural Science Foundation project "Study on Cultivating Low Temperature-tolerant Saccharification Potato Lines by Genetic Engineering Technology", the National "863" Program project "Breeding Material Innovation and Breeding of Drought-tolerant Low Temperature Saccharification Processed Potato Varieties", the molecular marker-assisted selection technology for breeding high amylose corn inbred lines, the key project of Gansu Natural Science Foundation "Study on Cultivating Low Temperature-tolerant Saccharification Potato Tubers by Antisense Gene Technology" and the project of Gansu Poverty Alleviation Office "Study on Transgenic Breeding of New Herbicide-resistant Rapeseed Varieties"
The research projects undertaken include the National Natural Science Foundation Project "Study on Cultivating Potato Strains with Low Starch Gelatinization Temperature by Using Antisense Gene Technology", the Special Research Fund Project of Doctoral Program in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education "Study on Cultivating Papaya Germplasm by Using RNAi Technology", the Natural Science Foundation Project of Gansu Province "Study on the Application of MAS Technology in Cultivating Angelica Germplasm without Early Bolting" and "Study on Key Technologies of Potato Germplasm Innovation with Low Glycoside Alkaloids Content". At the same time, it undertakes horizontal joint projects, such as the national "Spark" plan project "Development of Rapid Propagation and Preservation Technology of Lily Mother Purple in Lanzhou" and the project of Gansu Agricultural Reclamation Corporation "Research on Lily Germplasm Innovation by RNAi Technology".
