Candidates who do not meet the registration requirements for the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination are not allowed to apply.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination (Trial)", if a candidate does not meet the registration conditions and commits fraud to take the exam, the Securities Investment Fund Industry Association of China will not accept his registration application for the qualification exam within one year; those who have already taken the exam

, cancel their test results.

Conditions for applying for the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination: (1) Have full capacity for civil conduct; (2) Be at least 18 years old as of the registration date; (3) Have a high school education or above; (4) Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

If a person taking the exam violates disciplines and rules, the China Securities Investment Fund Association will, depending on the severity of the case, cancel the on-site exam results, be banned from taking the exam for one year, banned from taking the exam for two years, and banned from taking the exam for three to five years, and will notify the candidates.

The unit where he/she works shall report his/her violations of disciplines and regulations; if his/her behavior violates the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", he/she shall be dealt with by the public security organs; if it constitutes a crime, he/she shall be handled by the judicial organs and investigated for criminal liability in accordance with the law.

If fund practitioners violate laws and disciplines, the Asset Management Association of China may suspend or cancel their qualifications in accordance with the Fund Law and other relevant regulations.
