(2) assisting and subsidizing anti-drug publicity and education, drug rehabilitation, anti-drug law enforcement, anti-drug management and international cooperation;
(3) to carry out special research and basic theoretical research on drug control;
(4) reward collectives and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the cause of drug control, and compensate meritorious personnel who have died or been injured in the struggle against drug control;
(5) developing international non-governmental drug control exchanges and friendly exchanges;
(6) Carry out other activities in accordance with the relevant policies of the State and the relevant requirements of the National Narcotics Control Commission and the Ministry of Public Security.
