According to different organizational forms, private equity funds can be divided into contract funds, partnership funds and corporate funds. According to the characteristics of different organizational forms of private equity funds, the Guidelines consist of three parts, namely 1 Guidelines on the Contract Content and Format of Contractual Private Equity Funds (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines on Contractual Fund Contracts"), No.2 Guidelines on Essential Clauses of Partnership Agreements and No.3 Guidelines on Essential Clauses of Articles of Association, which are applicable to contractual funds, partnership funds and corporate funds respectively.
