How did the fund sell so much money?
1 It may be because the net value of the fund decreases when investors sell the fund, which will naturally lead to the decrease of investors' funds. When the net value of the fund is lower than the purchase, it is a loss for investors.
Fund transactions are charged, and different types of funds charge different fees. Deducting a large handling fee when selling funds will also lead to less money when selling funds. Usually, when the fund is sold, there are common handling fees such as redemption fee and sales service fee, among which the sales service fee often increases with the increase of fund holding time.
The share shown when the fund is sold will be converted into money only after the net value of the fund comes out, so the amount may be less than the share, and investors may mistakenly think that the money will be less after the fund is sold.
