2. The parties have a good record and there is no similar illegal act within one year;

3. The party concerned corrected the illegal act in time, and did not cause heavy losses to the public security organ;

4. All parties showed goodwill and actively cooperated with the public security organs. These conditions are to encourage drivers to obey traffic laws and regulations, reduce traffic violations and ensure traffic safety.

A fine for illegal parking must meet two conditions:

First, the driver of the motor vehicle is not at the scene, or the driver refuses to leave the parking place immediately despite the request of the traffic police at the scene.

The second is to hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians.

If the above two conditions are not met, it does not constitute illegal parking and cannot be punished.

After the car is affixed with a ticket, it should be handled in the illegal hall. This can be handled before the annual inspection of the car. Go to the illegal parking hall, give the Notice of Illegal Parking to the staff, and then the staff will print the penalty decision for you, and pay the money at the designated bank after getting the decision.

After receiving the penalty decision, the penalty must be paid within 15 days, and a late payment fee of 3% will be added every day after 15 days, but the total amount of late payment fee shall not exceed the total amount of fine.

Off-site illegal parking fine

If the driver is not present, and the parked vehicle obstructs the traffic of other vehicles and pedestrians, in addition to fines and tickets, the traffic police department has the right to tow the vehicle to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or park it at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ.
