Article 3 The term "state-owned assets supervision and administration institutions" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the ad hoc institutions that perform the investor's duties on behalf of the State Council and the people's governments at or above the provincial level (including cities with separate plans) and are responsible for supervising and managing the state-owned assets of enterprises, as well as the financial departments at all levels responsible for supervising and managing the state-owned assets of financial enterprises.
Article 4 The term "state-owned shares" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the shares of listed companies held by state-owned shareholders.
