The online payment function of online banking of Bank of China provides you with easy and safe online shopping service.

I. Service Features

Self-service online payment: after opening online banking, you don't need to go to bank outlets, but you can handle online payment business through online banking.

Flexible setting of payment card types: After your Great Wall electronic debit card, Great Wall RMB credit card and BOC series credit cards are associated with online banking, you can set up one or more bank card accounts for online payment.

Easy online shopping: You can shop freely on the websites of many online merchants and pay for the goods with a bank card with online payment function.

Check the payment records online: You can check the online payment transaction records of the past year in online banking, which is convenient for managing your shopping bills.

Dynamic password security authentication: when confirming payment, you need to enter a dynamic password for security authentication to ensure the safety of your funds.

SMS reminder can be controlled at any time: when online payment is started, you can choose to open a free SMS reminder service for online payment. After you successfully complete an online payment function, the system will send you the payment result information to help you control the online payment information at any time.

Supported online merchants:

Through cooperation with e-commerce companies such as Alipay, Tenpay, Remittance World, Online Banking, Tenpay, Shouxin Easy Pay, Quick Money and UnionPay Electronic Payment, online payment of China Bank can be applied to hundreds of thousands of online merchant websites, including:

(1) Comprehensive shopping categories: Taobao, Paipai, Dangdang, Joyo Amazon, JD.COM Mall, etc.

(2) Ticketing hotels: major airlines book tickets online, Ctrip.com, eLong.com, China and the National Grand Theatre.

(3) recharge games: Unicom online business hall, telecom online business hall, giant network, perfect time and space, etc.

(4) Education examination: online payment for all kinds of education examinations.

(5) Charity: China Red Cross Society, China Children and Teenagers Foundation, etc.

(6) Insurance products: China Life Insurance, China Life Insurance and Taikang Life Insurance.

Second, online payment preparation

Open online banking

Before using online payment of Bank of China, you need to bring your valid ID card to China Bank outlets for registration and opening procedures. When opening online banking, you need to use Zhang Changcheng electronic debit card. You can bring your existing debit card, or you can choose to apply for a new debit card at the counter and open a new version of online banking.

Tips: In order to avoid going back and forth to the bank many times, it is recommended that you prepare your valid ID card and all relevant materials such as bank card and passbook that you want to associate with online banking, and complete all necessary procedures such as online banking user registration, online banking account association and dynamic password card application at the counter at one time.

Third, the online payment process

Log in to online banking

After you open online banking at the counter, please log on to the portal of China Bank () and click "New Online Banking" to enter the login page (Figure 1).

When logging in to the online banking system for the first time, you need to install the online banking security control first; After the installation, please log in with the "Online Banking Login User Name" and the reserved "Login Password" and dynamic password obtained during counter registration (Figure 2).

After logging in successfully, enter the page of modifying user name and password (Figure 3).

Enter a new user name and password, and after the system is verified, you can enter the welcome page of normal login (Figure 4). This page will display welcome information, which is a simple and effective way to improve your ability to identify fake websites. You can keep or modify your welcome information under Service Settings.

Open online payment service

Click the "Enable Online Payment" button on the "Electronic Payment" page of online banking (Figure 5).

Read the online payment service agreement. If you agree, click "Accept the Agreement" (Figure 6).

Set the bank card (required), payment limit (required) and free online payment SMS reminder (optional) for online payment, and click "Confirm" after setting (Figure 7).

Confirm the setting information, enter the dynamic password and click "Confirm" (Figure 8).

The page prompts that the online payment service has been successfully opened, and click "OK" (Figure 9).

Display the information of online payment bank cards (figure 10), including bank cards with payment function and without payment function, and cancel or enable the payment function accordingly.

Use online payment

When you choose goods online and want to make online payment, the online payment page of China Bank will pop up. Please enter your user name, password and verification code, and click OK to enter the next step (Figure 1 1).

Please check whether the reserved information is consistent, select the payment account after confirmation, and click "OK" to enter the next step (Figure 12).

After confirming that the payment information is correct, enter the dynamic password and click OK (Figure 13).

The page shows the details of successful payment and payment (Figure 14).

Inquire about online payment records

Under "Electronic Payment", click "Online Payment" and "Online Payment Record" to query online payment records according to the start and end dates you entered (Figure 15). You can query the online payment records within one year, and the time span for submitting each query cannot exceed three months.

Click Query to display the query result page of online payment records (figure 16), including payment time, order number, transaction currency, transaction amount and transaction status (figure 16).

Click the order number to display the details of the online payment record. Including payment time, order number, transaction number, merchant name, account alias, payment account number, transaction currency, transaction amount and transaction status (figure 17).
