The main body providing entrusted investment services has the franchise qualification to engage in entrusted investment management business, and has obtained the approval and registration from the financial supervision department. If the entrusted investment contract is legal, the entrusted investment agreement is legal.

To engage in specific asset management business, the asset trustor, asset manager and asset custodian shall conclude a written asset management contract, clearly stipulating their respective rights, obligations and related matters.
