These are five steps in a person's evolution. If we can do all these five things well, then success is almost inevitable. In fact, the process of starting a business is very similar to the growth mode of people. We can also use the five-step process method to make and check our business plan.

As the name implies, the five-step method divides the process of doing one thing into five stages:

The first stage: clear objectives

As entrepreneurs, we need to set the long-term goals of the enterprise, that is, the company's mission vision. And the current short-term goals, such as revenue, user volume and so on. These goals are set so that all our follow-up actions have a clear direction and are focused enough.

The second stage: find the problem that hinders the goal, and don't avoid the problem.

When we determine the goal, we need to throw out all the questions that will affect the achievement of the goal, and don't be afraid to ask just because they are questions. For example, in order to achieve a revenue target, we may have no channels, no sales, immature products and so on. , can be listed. Only when we can face the problem directly can we achieve our goal.

The third stage: find the root of the problem.

Since problems can be thrown, it is necessary to analyze and diagnose these problems. There may be two steps here: the first step is that we need the priority of all problems, and which problems have the greatest impact on the achievement of the goal and need to be solved first. In the second step, after we find the most important problem, we need to analyze what is the most critical factor affecting this problem, that is, when these factors are solved, this problem will be solved.

The fourth stage: design the solution

When we find the root of the problem, we need to design corresponding solutions, and what means, methods and key actions are needed to solve this problem. And need to form a detailed plan, what to do, how to do it, who will do it, when to finish it, and so on.

The fifth stage: vigorously implement these programs to achieve the goal.

Finally, it needs to be implemented vigorously according to the implementation plan, and the optimization plan is constantly revised in the process, and the goal is finally achieved through continuous iteration.

These five steps seem simple, but in practice, it is difficult for us to ensure that every step is done well. We still need to do the following work:
