this year's national exhibition adheres to the party's "second" direction and "letting a hundred flowers blossom" policy, and grasps the correct artistic orientation; Follow the creative law of adhering to tradition, encouraging innovation and various styles; Adhere to the principles of openness, fairness and justice, and implement sunshine review; Introduce quality products, talents and enhance humanistic spirit; Promote the prosperity and development of calligraphy in China and contribute to the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The China Calligraphers Association has formed a jury to be responsible for the evaluation according to the Interim Measures for the Selection of the Evaluation Committee of the China Calligraphers Association.

III. Works

This exhibition is called for by districts. Please send cursive, regular script and official script works to Shanghai exhibition area; Please post the running script, seal script, seal cutting and lettering works to Guangxi exhibition area.

1. Submission

The submitted works are divided into three parts: calligraphy, seal cutting and lettering. Contributing authors can participate in the evaluation of different books in the two exhibition areas, and only one (piece) will be retained after entering the exhibition.

(1) Calligraphy part: Please send the original calligraphy works. There is no limit to the style of the book, and the size: the height does not exceed 18cm and the width does not exceed 97cm, all of which are vertical (the oversized works need declare in advance and can only be submitted with the consent of the organizing committee office). Do not accept album pages and long scrolls. Please do not mount all works.

(2) seal cutting part: seal cutting works should be sent to Yin Gao for 6-1 square meters, with more than two margins attached, and pasted on a rice paper printing screen not more than 4 feet away. After the evaluation, the organizing Committee will notify the original stone of seal cutting to participate in the exhibition, and the original stone will be owned by the organizer.

(3) lettering: the lettering works are made of wood, and the size is not less than 4cm×4cm or equivalent to .16m2.. The initial evaluation of lettering works adopts photo evaluation, all of which are 8-inch color photos. When submitting lettering works, please attach a calligraphy work of the author (within four feet, the calligraphy style is not limited) for reference. All submissions should be registered, please mark the word "lettering" on the envelope. After being selected, the organizer will inform you and send the original to participate in the final evaluation.

2. Scope: China citizens over the age of 18, overseas Chinese and calligraphy lovers can contribute freely. All submissions shall use their real names, and those with duplicate aliases will not be judged.

3. Fees: 3 yuan will be charged for each work or photo (please don't enclose it in the envelope, which is USD 3), and works that have not received the fee will not be judged. Where it is necessary to reject the manuscript, each work should be remitted to 8 yuan at the same time of submission (5, yuan insurance is required for each work, and the handling fee 5 yuan should be paid), and a copy of the remittance slip for the refund fee should be attached. After the exhibition, the request for remittance and rejection is limited to manpower and will not be handled again. The works in the exhibition will not be rejected and will be collected by the organizer. If the entry fee has been paid, the organizing committee will refund the fee to the author.

4. Description: Please indicate the name, gender, ID number, common mailing address, postcode, contact telephone number (fixed telephone number and mobile phone number), name and material of the work, cursive script and seal script with explanatory notes, and attach a copy of the source of individual variant characters. In order to facilitate accurate registration and contact the author in time, please print and fill in the Registration Form for Submission of the Tenth National Exhibition (a form can be copied after the notice), and send it together with a copy of your ID card and money order. According to the information provided by the author, the organizing committee should do a good job of receiving and registering manuscripts.

IV. Evaluation

1. The China Calligraphers' Association will form a jury for this exhibition, formulate evaluation rules, evaluation workflow and evaluation rules, and clarify the handling methods for violations.

2. The evaluation of calligraphy and seal cutting works is tentatively scheduled to be held in September 211; The initial evaluation of lettering works is scheduled for August 211 and the final evaluation is scheduled for September. After the review of all works, the organizer will publish the review results in time after checking the accuracy of the original works.

V. Exhibition

The 1th National Exhibition is scheduled to be held in Shanghai and Nanning, Guangxi in November 211, with more than 8 works (including 6 excellent works) on display. After the exhibition, excellent works were exhibited in Beijing, the capital.

VI. Publication

Before the opening ceremony of the 1th National Exhibition, the Collection of the 1th National Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition was published.

VII. Author's treatment and related responsibilities

1. Authors who have won outstanding works will be awarded bonuses and certificates; The participating authors will be awarded collection fees and certificates, and all participating authors will be presented with a collection of works of this activity.

2. The author of excellent works will receive a bonus of 1, yuan each. The collection fee for the works in the exhibition is 8 yuan per person (all before tax).

3. For non-member calligraphy works to enter the exhibition, the author has the conditions to join the China Calligraphers Association.

4. The organizer shall be responsible for sending out the prize money for the outstanding works, the collection fee for the outstanding works, the certificate of the outstanding works, the collection of works and the rejected works within two months after the opening of the exhibition.

VIII. Date of soliciting contributions

From the date of publication to August 15, 211 (the deadline for lettering works is July 15, 211), subject to the local postmark.

after careful selection, the judges finally selected 96 lettering works for final evaluation. This time, 1,716 lettering works were submitted from all over the country. The top ten provinces are Jiangsu, Henan, Shaanxi, Shandong, Anhui, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hebei and Guangxi.

Selection of works in Shanghai exhibition area:

From August 29th to September 2nd, 211, the evaluation of the 1th national exhibition of calligraphy and seal cutting works (Shanghai exhibition area) was held in Shanghai for five days, which attracted the attention of the book circle. After review, 398 works of * * * entered the exhibition, of which 3 were rated as excellent works and 3 were nominated as excellent works.

Selection of Guangxi Exhibition Area:

After several months of intense preparation, the evaluation of the 1th National Exhibition in Guangxi was held in Guangxi Cross-century Painting and Calligraphy Art Museum on September 19th, 211. After three days of intense work, the list of 21 Japanese judges was finally announced. Among the more than 2, entries received from Guangxi Exhibition Area, the judges selected 4 entries, and selected 3 outstanding entries and 38 outstanding nominations from these entries.
