2. Different levels.

The number of national scholarships is determined by the Ministry of Finance. It mainly supports the living expenses of students from poor families. The standard is 1,000-3,000 per student per year, divided into two to three levels.

Applicants need to meet the basic requirements and submit a national scholarship application form to the school. The poverty subsidy is a step-by-step process, going through provincial, municipal, and county levels of screening.

3. The seals are different.

Poverty subsidies must be issued with a poverty certificate, which must be stamped with three seals, that is, the official seal of the civil affairs department of the village, town, and county governments. Subsidy can only be obtained after the school review and approval. The national scholarship does not need to have more than three seals, but the seal of the school.
