The fund qualification examination takes two subjects within four years. The validity period of the single subject score of the fund qualification examination is four years, and candidates who have obtained the qualified scores of two examination subjects within four years may apply to China Asset Management Association for the registration of fund qualification through their institutions and obtain the fund qualification certificate.

Those who have not applied for fund qualification registration through institutions for more than four years need to complete the follow-up training hours specified in the last two years or re-take the qualification examination before registration.

The fund qualification examination includes three subjects: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, basic knowledge of securities investment funds and basic knowledge of private investment funds. Among them, subject one is a compulsory item.
