Children who meet the following rescue conditions may apply for rehabilitation subsidies.
First, the relief object meets the conditions of 0-6 years old:

2, children with cerebral palsy, children with limb movement disorders.

Second, the rescue conditions
1, with local city and county hukou or children and their families with local hukou and local temporary residence permit.
2. Hold the People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card or meet the following specific requirements: children with physical, speech and intellectual disabilities and children with autism need rehabilitation training after diagnosis by medical institutions, and their guardians have the will to recover, have the potential to recover and are in stable physical condition.
Application process:
1. Go to the children's rehabilitation department of the local maternal and child health hospital for diagnosis and evaluation to see if it meets the application conditions.
2. According to the evaluation results, fill in the qualified application form for children's rehabilitation project, and submit the following materials: diagnosis certificate (issued after hospital evaluation), ID card (3 copies of guardian's ID card), household registration book (3 copies of children's household registration book), and children's photos (2 inches and 3 photos).
3. Parents bring the above information to the domicile or residence (with temporary residence permit) and the Disabled Persons' Federation (County Disabled Persons' Federation) for review.
4. Within the age range of assistance, you can apply for 1 assistance project every year.
