The questions in fund laws and regulations are all multiple-choice questions, which are divided into ordinary multiple-choice questions and combined multiple-choice questions. Ordinary multiple-choice questions, that is, choosing directly from four ABCD options, are relatively simple, while the difficulty of combined multiple-choice questions is between ordinary multiple-choice questions and multiple-choice questions, and the questions are relatively flexible and comprehensive. The number of exam questions 100, each question 1, full mark 100, 60 is qualified, and no score is given for not choosing or choosing a wrong question.

There are three subjects in the fund employment examination, namely, subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards, subject 2, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and subject 3, Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds, in which subject 1 is a compulsory subject, and subjects 2 and 3 are optional subjects. Candidates can choose reference subjects according to their needs, or apply in batches, without having to go through two courses at a time.
