2022 Hefei University of Technology Postdoctoral Qualifications

It must be a full-time doctoral program within 3 years of obtaining a doctoral degree and the applied project must be in the natural sciences.

According to the application notice for the 2022 Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Plan of Hefei University of Technology on March 31, 2022: Applicants must be those who plan to enter the station or have recently entered the station to engage in postdoctoral research in 2022, and should meet the following conditions: 1. Have good

scientific research potential and academic ethics.

2. Postdoctoral researchers who intend to enter the station: must be full-time PhD students who have obtained their PhD within 3 years. Priority will be given to fresh PhD graduates.

Fresh doctoral graduates who intend to enter the station must have met the basic requirements for doctoral thesis defense when applying.

3. Postdoctoral researchers who have recently entered the station: they must be those who entered the station after March 1, 2021 (inclusive), and have not previously applied for the Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program or the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding (before the station).

The PhD degree must be obtained after January 1, 2021 (inclusive).

The application must be based on the postdoctoral research station where the applicant is located, and the cooperative supervisor is not allowed to be changed.

If a recent postdoctoral fellow is selected, his or her postdoctoral research period will be extended by 24 months from the date of announcement of the selection result.

4. Born after January 1, 1990 (inclusive).

5. The applied projects must belong to the natural sciences, and confidential projects must be declassified.

6. The total proportion of applicants who apply to enter the same first-level discipline of the unit and whose doctoral supervisors continue to serve as postdoctoral co-supervisors shall not exceed 40%. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to applicants engaged in interdisciplinary subjects.

7. Those who plan to enter the station have initially selected a postdoctoral co-supervisor and discussed with the co-supervisor to form a preliminary research plan.

Postdoctoral co-supervisors should be high-level experts with profound academic attainments who can provide applicants with a high-level scientific research platform.

Tilt towards major national science and technology projects, national strategic science plans and scientific projects, national laboratories, national key laboratories, etc.

8. The selected candidates must transfer their personnel relations to our school when going through the entry procedures and ensure that they are fully engaged in postdoctoral research.

9. Ph.D. students who have returned from studying abroad and foreign Ph.D. students are not allowed to apply for this project.
