Social organization grade is the grading standard for social organizations in the Administrative Measures for Social Organization Evaluation issued by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The evaluation of social organizations is divided into five grades, and social organizations with an evaluation grade above 4A can simplify the annual inspection procedures. Social organizations that have obtained an evaluation grade of more than 3A can get priority in transferring government functions, purchasing services from the government and receiving government rewards.
Function:
1. A social organization that has obtained the level of social organization may present an evaluation level certificate as a credit certificate when carrying out external activities and publicity. The evaluation grade plaque should be hung in the obvious position of the service place or office place, and consciously accept social supervision.
2. Social organizations with an evaluation rating of more than 3A can be given priority in accepting the transfer of government functions, obtaining government-purchased services, and obtaining government incentives.
3. Foundations, charitable organizations and other public welfare social organizations that have obtained an evaluation rating of more than 3A may apply for pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations in accordance with regulations.
4. Social organizations that have obtained the evaluation grade of 4A or above can simplify the annual inspection procedures.
Evaluation content:
1. Basic conditions: assess the basic conditions of social organizations applying for the level in internal governance, party-mass work, financial accounting, spiritual civilization construction and party building work.
2. Internal governance: evaluate the system construction and implementation of social organizations that declare grades in terms of internal governance structure, system construction, democratic decision-making, personnel management, integrity and self-discipline.
3. Work performance: evaluate the work performance of social organizations that declare their grades from the aspects of service effectiveness, business activities and social welfare activities.
4. Social evaluation: Social evaluation of social organizations applying for rating is conducted from the aspects of public satisfaction, government recognition, evaluation of business authorities and evaluation of registration authorities.
5. Special evaluation: according to the development of social organizations and the actual work needs, special evaluation is made on some aspects of social organization work.
