1995-2002 worked in Hefei Institute of Economics and Technology (1999 merged into China University of Science and Technology), mainly engaged in the research of tobacco field diseases and storage and transportation. Participated in the research on screening alternatives of methyl bromide as fumigant in tobacco seedbed, breeding of high-quality disease-resistant oriental tobacco varieties, and integrated control of tobacco diseases and insect pests and mildew, which were funded by Anhui Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.

From 2002 to 2005, he participated in the National Natural Science Foundation of China "The Action Mechanism of Satellite DNA Related to Tobacco Leaf Curl Virus" (GrantNo.: 304000 15).

Since 2005, I have worked in Anhui Agricultural University. At present, he is in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation "Identification of Strawberry Vein Insertion Virus (SVBV) Promoter and Genetic Analysis of its ORF VI" (GrantNo.: 30740033) and the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Science and Technology Department "Genetic Engineering Research of Silencer Virus Mediated by dsRNA" (GrantNo.: 07041kloc-0/002). Identification of Tobacco Virus Species in Anhui Province (approval number: KJ2007B 1 21) funded by Natural Science Fund of Anhui Provincial Education Department1item, and Molecular Identification of Geminiviruses in Anhui Province1item funded by our school. As the main member of the project team (ranked second), he participated in the natural science foundation of Anhui Science and Technology Department "Carcinogenic effect of high-risk HPV 16 E5 gene on oral epithelium" (approval number: 0704 13086), and also participated in many important scientific research projects such as the National 863 Plan, the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Science and Technology Support Plan and the Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Science and Technology Department. The applicant has published 16 academic papers, 4 of which have been included in SCI.
