(1) Registration conditions

1. It is established for specific public welfare purposes, and its business must be within the scope of public welfare;

2. The original fund of the non-public offering foundation is not less than 2 million yuan; The original funds must be the money received;

3. It has a standardized name, articles of association, organizational structure and full-time personnel suitable for its activities;

4. Have a fixed residence;

5. Be able to bear civil liability independently.

(2) Registration procedure

After obtaining the Notice of Approval of the Name of Social Organization, the applicant shall set up a preparatory group in time to complete the preparatory work. At least 20 working days before the inaugural meeting is to be held, the draft articles of association and the list of candidates for directors and supervisors shall be sent to the registration authority for pre-examination through the e-mail specified in the Notice of Approval of Social Organization Names. After the inaugural meeting 15 days, submit the application for establishment registration through the "Social Organization Business Handling" system of the social organization information platform of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau.

The registration authority shall assign staff to conduct the preliminary examination within 2 working days and complete the preliminary examination within 10 working days; If supplementary materials are needed, the pre-trial time shall be interrupted and the applicant shall be informed. If the materials are complete and conform to the specifications, the registration authority shall notify the formal submission; Make a licensing decision within 20 working days from the date of formal submission.

5. Report of directors of the foundation (B3 form for foundation establishment), a copy of my ID card and a copy of the normal size on the front and back.

6. Report of the supervisor of the foundation (report B4 on the establishment of the foundation), a copy of my ID card and a copy of the normal size on the front and back.

7. Approval Form for Articles of Association of the Foundation (Foundation Establishment Form B5).

8. Articles of Association adopted by the Board of Directors (see Model 4).

Certificate of the right to use the residence of the Foundation (property ownership certificate is required for self-owned property; If the real estate is leased, a lease contract with a lease term of more than 1 year shall be provided, and the lessor's proof of residence ownership shall be attached; If a unit or individual provides it free of charge, it shall provide a certificate of free use, and attach a certificate of ownership of the residence of the free provider. If the domicile is residential and conforms to the Opinions of the General Office of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Further Relaxing the Conditions of Business Sites of Commercial Subjects (Sui Fu Ban Gui [2065438+06] No.8), it is also necessary to provide the site use certificate (free use certificate: refer to the fourth model text) issued by the local people's government or its dispatched institutions and other departments (units) with the consent of the interested parties.
