According to the CPPCC National Committee website, the Peace and Cooperation Envoys Foundation was approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on January 14, 2013.

Since its establishment, the "Peace and Cooperation Envoys Foundation" has always insisted on providing assistance to vulnerable groups in poverty alleviation, relief and other aspects, and sending warmth to people in poverty-stricken areas.
