Unemployment insurance refers to the basic living expenses paid by unemployment insurance agencies to eligible unemployed people according to law, and it is a temporary compensation for unemployed people to lose their wage income during unemployment. The purpose of unemployment insurance is to protect the basic needs of the unemployed, which is mainly applicable to the unemployed in urban enterprises and institutions. Unemployment insurance is paid from the unemployment insurance fund according to law. Urban enterprises and institutions pay unemployment insurance premiums at 2% of total wages. Employees of urban enterprises and institutions pay unemployment insurance premiums according to one percent of their wages. Farmers contract workers recruited by urban enterprises and institutions do not pay unemployment insurance premiums.
Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance:
(a) to participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the provisions, the unit and I have fulfilled the payment obligations in accordance with the provisions 1 year;
(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;
(three) have been registered as unemployed and have job requirements. Unemployed persons enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits.
Employee's involuntary termination of employment includes the following situations:
(1) The labor contract is terminated;
(2) The employer terminates the labor contract;
(3) The employer fails to provide working conditions as required and proposes to terminate the labor contract;
(4) The employer forces labor by means of violence, coercion or restriction of personal freedom, and proposes to terminate the labor contract;
(five) the employer proposes to terminate the labor contract because of deduction of wages, arrears of wages or failure to pay the remuneration for extended working hours as required;
(six) because the employer is lower than the local minimum wage standard or the wage standard agreed in the collective contract, it proposes to terminate the labor contract;
(seven) due to the employer's seizure of identity, education, qualifications and other documents, put forward to terminate the labor contract;
(eight) the employer fails to pay social insurance premiums according to law and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

Enterprises and institutions in cities and towns shall issue certificates of termination or dissolution of labor relations for the unemployed in time, inform them to enjoy the rights of unemployment insurance benefits in accordance with the regulations, and report the list of unemployed persons to social insurance agencies for the record within 7 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations.
After the employees of urban enterprises and institutions are unemployed, they should hold the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by the unit and go to the designated social insurance agency for unemployment registration in time. Unemployment insurance is calculated from the date of unemployment registration.
Unemployment insurance is paid monthly by social insurance institutions. Social insurance agencies issue receipts for the unemployed to receive unemployment insurance benefits, and the unemployed will receive unemployment insurance benefits from designated banks with the receipts.
