The Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination consists of subject 1 "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards", subject 2 "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds" and subject 3 "Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds" ***III division. The exam adopts a hundred-point system, and the passing mark for the exam is 60 points. Candidates who pass the subject one and subject two examinations, or pass the subject one and subject three examinations with satisfactory results, are eligible for registration as fund practitioners.

After passing the exam, candidates can apply to the Asset Management Association of China for fund practitioner qualification registration through their institution within four years. If you have not applied for more than four years, you need to make up the required follow-up training hours in the last two years or retake the professional qualification examination before registration.
