1. The property service fee from the effective date of the preliminary property service contract to the date of property delivery shall be borne by the construction unit;
2. When the special maintenance fund exceeds 654.38+10,000 yuan, a third-party review should be introduced;

4. Each owner shall not buy more than two parking spaces.
The use of maintenance funds was clarified, and the third-party evaluation system of property services was established. Owners, owners' congress, construction units and property service enterprises may entrust assessment agencies to assess property acceptance and inspection, property service standards and cost calculation, property special maintenance and use plan, property service quality, etc. Conducive to the owners to safeguard their own interests.
In addition to Chongqing, Beijing's new Property Management Regulations will also be implemented on May 1. Recently, Shandong, Shaanxi, Shenzhen and other places have also begun to implement new property management regulations, clarifying unreasonable property charges and poor property services, and canceling unreasonable charges.
