The medical expenses paid by the company during the hospitalization of employees with work-related injuries belong to the nature of advance payment. The expenses paid by the industrial injury insurance fund include not only food subsidies and disability allowances for employees in hospital, but also medical expenses that should be paid by the industrial injury insurance fund. The company deducted the advance payment from it according to law.
