On June 6th, 2000 1,1,the county people's government decided to cancel the name of Helan Huimin Middle School and rename Helan Yi Hui Fund Middle School as "Ningxia Helan Yi Hui Fund Huimin Middle School". The unveiling ceremony of the new school name was held on February 29th, 2006 at 5438+0.

Helan Bell Club was established and gradually developed on the basis of a commune junior high school. Helan Bell Club has undergone six changes in its name and school name.
