article 6th the trustee shall submit the quarterly enterprise annuity fund management report to the client within 15 days after the end of each quarter; And shall submit the annual enterprise annuity fund management report to the client within 45 days after the end of the year, in which the annual enterprise annuity fund financial accounting report shall be audited by an accounting firm.

article 61 the account manager shall submit the quarterly enterprise annuity fund account management report to the trustee within 1 days after the end of each quarter; And shall submit the annual enterprise annuity fund account management report to the trustee within 3 days after the end of the year.

article 62 the custodian shall submit the quarterly enterprise annuity fund custody and financial accounting report to the trustee within 1 days after the end of each quarter; And shall submit the annual enterprise annuity fund custody and financial accounting report to the trustee within 3 days after the end of the year, in which the annual financial accounting report shall be audited by an accounting firm.

article 63 the investment manager shall submit the quarterly enterprise annuity fund portfolio report confirmed by the custodian to the trustee within 1 days after the end of each quarter; And shall submit the annual enterprise annuity fund investment management report confirmed by the trustee to the trustee within 3 days after the end of the year.
