1. Preparation before acceptance of instruments and equipment
(1) After signing the instrument and equipment purchase contract, the user unit should arrange or train acceptance technicians in advance to familiarize themselves with the technical information provided by the manufacturer.
(2) The acceptance team should make preparations for acceptance according to the requirements of the purchased instruments and equipment. Such as checking and accepting the factory, power supply, water source, workbench, etc.
(3) For valuable instruments and equipment, the acceptance team should formulate an acceptance plan. If there are difficulties in installation and acceptance, relevant experts and engineering and technical personnel should be invited to assist in installation and acceptance.
2. Acceptance requirements
(1) Appearance inspection:
1. Check whether the internal and external packaging of the instrument and equipment is intact and whether it is marked with: instrument number, execution standard, Date of shipment, manufacturer, receiving unit, whether it is the original packaging of the manufacturer, whether it is unpacked, damaged, bruised, soaked, damp, deformed, etc.
2. Check the appearance of the equipment and accessories for damage, rust, bruises, etc.
3. According to the contract, check whether the logo contains products from manufacturers outside the contract.
4. If the above problems are discovered, detailed records should be made and photos should be taken as evidence.
(2) Quantity acceptance:
1. Based on the supply contract and packing list, check the specifications, models, configurations and numbers of the host and accessories, and inspect them piece by piece Inventory and verification.
2. Carefully check whether the accompanying information is complete, such as instrument instructions, operating procedures, maintenance manuals, product inspection certificates, warranty sheets, etc.
3. Check the trademark against the contract to see if there are three no products, OEM products, and non-contract-ordered brand products.
4. Make a record of quantity acceptance, indicating the acceptance location, time, participants, box number, product name, expected and actual quantity.
(3) Quality acceptance:
1. Quality acceptance shall adopt comprehensive acceptance testing, and no random inspection or missed inspection shall be allowed.
2. Installation and testing must be carried out in strict accordance with the terms of the contract, the instrument instruction manual, and the regulations and procedures of the operation manual.
3. Compare the instrument instructions, carefully conduct various technical parameter tests, and check whether the technical indicators and performance of the instrument meet the requirements.
4. Keep records carefully during quality acceptance. If there is a quality problem with the instrument, the details should be recorded in writing. Depending on the situation, decide whether to return, replace or ask the manufacturer to send personnel for inspection.
