The government provides four services: approximate trademark inquiry, comprehensive trademark inquiry, trademark status inquiry and error information feedback.

Trademark comprehensive query: users can query a trademark by trademark number, trademark, applicant name, etc.

There are five inquiry methods: international classification number, registration number, trademark name and applicant name (in Chinese and English). To check whether it is registered, just use "commodity name".

If the query results, the trademark has been registered. Then you can only change the trademark.

If the result is not found, congratulations on your trademark not being registered. Go and register quickly.
